Items are shipped via USPS, and the tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped. Due to the care in packaging items, the shipping cost includes a small handling fee.

Returns and exchange details
If there is a defect with your item, please contact us and we will try and resolve the problem. (Keep in mind that our items are handmade and designed to have a distressed look.) Any returns MUST be approved by Wooden Hearts. If we approve a return, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, permitting the product is RECEIVED at our business within 14 DAYS of delivery and is in good condition. The shipping and handlings costs will NOT BE REFUNDED. *Wooden Hearts is not responsible for any shipping costs.*Please note, the color of our items may appear differently on your computer/phone/tablet screen so if in doubt, please ask.
We will NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any custom orders. All other possible returns must be approved by Wooden Hearts before the item is shipped back.
